Refund and Cancellation Policy
All reservations made through our website, third-party booking platforms or directly with our team are subject to the cancellation and refund terms applicable at the time of booking. The specific policy communicated during the reservation process shall prevail over any general terms stated here. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation conditions, refund timelines and non-refundable components associated with your reservation.
Cancellations made within the permitted cancellation window, as displayed during the booking process or communicated at the time of confirmation, will be eligible for a refund after deduction of any applicable transaction charges or processing fees. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original mode of payment and may take several working days depending on the payment gateway or banking partner. We are not responsible for delays arising from third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Bookings classified as “Non-Refundable”, “Advance Purchase” or “No-Cancellation” are strictly not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including unforeseen personal events, medical emergencies, travel delays, government restrictions or force-majeure situations. Once such a reservation is confirmed, the full amount is chargeable and no refund will be issued. Guests are encouraged to review rate conditions carefully before completing the booking.
In cases of no-show, where the guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date and fails to inform us in advance within the permitted time frame, the entire booking amount will be forfeited and no refund or date adjustment will be provided. Early departures after check-in will also be treated as cancellations and are not eligible for partial refunds.
If a reservation has to be modified, postponed or cancelled by us due to operational reasons, maintenance issues, government orders, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or an equivalent room category subject to availability. If no suitable alternative is available, we may issue a refund for the unused portion of the stay, which shall be considered as full and final settlement of all claims. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses, additional expenses or compensation except the refund amount as determined by the policy.
Guests who have booked through third-party OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or Goibibo must process cancellations and refund requests directly through the respective platform, as the applicable terms are governed by the OTA’s policies. We are unable to alter, override or process refunds for such bookings unless authorised by the platform.
By using our website or booking with Eostre Hospitality LLP, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy and acknowledge that these terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your booking shall apply to that reservation.
